We are very proud, finally to announce that a NEW WATER FACILITY IS ON ITS WAY!!!!!
Opening Memorial Day Weekend 2009 The projected water facility, Bear Foot Springs, will be a family oriented water recreation amenity (water park) located at the old pool site. It will accommodate around 1,200 guests per day and have an expected yearly attendance of 50,700 visitors. It will be for the enjoyment of property owners and guests of the camplands only.
The plans for the water facility include:
* 450 foot lazy river pool
* Kiddie pool attached to the children play area
* Multilevel interactive play structure with tipping bucket
* Two fiberglass water slides - 321 foot body slide and 352 foot tube slide
* 5000 sq ft entrance complex and snack bar
