Standard RV/Tent site

Off season rates are:  April 14th to May 25th and September 5th to October 29th (weather permitting).

Standard Site $35*

Summer Rates are:  May 26th to September 5th.

Week Day Standard Site $45* 

Week End Standard Site $55* (Two night minimum on Holiday weekends)

Full balance due at time of booking.

*Rates are based upon one family, & one vehicle. A family is 2 adults and their dependent children (17 and younger) or 4 adults, plus tax. An additional guest is $10.00 each, per night and must be included on your reservation at time of booking.

Check In 3:00 PM. / Check Out 1:00 PM.


Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is necessary, to avoid billing you must cancel and receive a confirmation number prior to this deadline, 3:00 PM Eastern standard time, two (2) days prior to arrival date (48 hours required). Cancel times and dates may vary on Special Events, Holidays, and/or weekends.

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.

Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

**All cancellations will incur a $10.00 cancellation fee.

Need to cancel? Please call 304-379-6411 or 304-379-4382 before the deadline to receive a refund, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee.

A note about your deposit; Submitting a deposit does not guarantee a specific site; it simply guarantees that your reservation will not be removed from our system without notice. Due to the accommodation requirements of certain guest, we reserve the right to change the location of your reserved site at any time. We will do our best to keep you in the original site you reserved, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will remain there.

 

 

 

Deluxe RV Site
